Having had a passion for decor and decorating since he was young, Luca, known to his family and friends as Lou, began experimenting with balloon art at the rise of Covid, a time where everyones future was unknown. 

Beginning in a small garage and quickly gaining popularity, Lou moved his operation into a storefront in the heart of Wantagh, where he began perfecting certain techniques. 

Lou continues to soar to new heights in the balloon art industry, and is a perfectionist with  an unmatchable creative touch.
